In this edition of our Picnique services, we are bringing the well-loved picnic experience right into your own home!
Amidst this pandemic situation, you can now have a wonderful parent-child moment with an enhanced experience at home.
We will provide you with the basic picnic items and a mini instruction card for you to set-up together with your loved ones.

Terms & Conditions for Packdd Picnique: Stay Home Edition
GENERAL:
(1a) Packdd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Packdd Picnique: Stay Home Edition.
(1b) Not applicable for any Picnique Credit Vouchers.
(1c) Payment must be made in full before a booking is confirmed.
(1d) All the items will be sanitized thoroughly or replaced before and after the booking due to the current COVID-19 situation.
BOOKING:
(2a) All bookings are subjected to availability.
(2b) Packdd Picnique: Stay Home Edition is limited to deliver and pick up from the same residential address.
(2c) Booking window is between 12pm - 9pm daily with a 3 hour booking window (last booking slot is 6pm - 9pm).
(2d) A minimum of 1 week notice must be given prior to the booking of the event date.
DAMAGES / OTHER CHARGES
(3a) No refunds will be given unless due to special circumstances.
(3b) An additional of $10/hour for any extension of the 3 hours.
(3c) Any damages to items must be reported to Packdd team before collecting back our Picnique set.
(3d) For any damages to the items provided, a nominal fee will be chargeable depending on the item. (Additional cost will not exceed $100)
